It is easier to put a small mom and pop business out of business - I don't mind the idea that they regulate these little places - inspect them - do restaurants pay to be inspected - if not, the roach coaches should not pay either. And I don't mean bad stuff - it's a term - the roach coach name - just referring to trailers with food. I have yet to understand why Oklahoma claims to be pro-business but it only means box store business -
