That beautifully marked with yellow spider is the female - the male is much smaller and rather squat looking - I always think of the females as wearing long evening gloves on those long arms/legs. If these spiders build a netting in your tomato patch, you can simply tug one sides web from one side of the row and let it fall, by morning she's rebuilt.
